Aaaaa-chooo

On-call and allergies.  Fun.  I particularly enjoy when I sneeze just as the customer I call picks up the phone.  Most find it amusing but a few seem highly annoyed that I have just snotted the phone up.  This is the height of the cedar pollen season and since I am extremely allergic to cedar pollen this is also when my complaints about feeling horrible increase to record levels every year.  I found a website (not that I needed it because my body is quite the accurate soothsayer) to check pollen count.

Click here to see pollen count map.

Today the pollen count for where I live is MODERATE.  MODERATE?  Blarg.

If it gets worse, I can only prepare you for the amount of complaining that you can be prepared to receive.

Last night, Stewart brought me a book called "True Love."  It is a book that very closely mirrors the practice of meditation, very similar to yoga.  It makes me want to start back with yoga again.  I have noticed that Bibianna could also benefit from some of these meditations to help her deal with stress, frustrations, and distractions during speech debate tournaments.

Uneventful Halloween here tonight.  Sickness, on-call and the fact that we never get any trick-or-treaters since we moved to this cul-de-sac keep things nice and quiet for us.  We didn't even get to see Bella tonight and from the pics on FB, she was adorable.  Oh well, maybe next year.
