I do love when the Lunesta kicks in. Stomach today has seemed much better. Still only soft food but so far so good. Some pain about 2 hours after eating a baked potato and broccoli and cheese soup for lunch. I am wondering how many days of not eating before anyone in the house will begin to notice. I have certainly made a home where we are all fiercely independent of each other, but sometimes I wonder if that is a good idea? Good news for me is that I have to be losing a little weight with this small soft food diet. Bad news is that it makes me feel unloved because nobody is noticing. Good news, I have been cold several times in the past two days and I NEVER get cold.
So today, highlight of my day (other than keeping lunch in it's place) was seeing my dear sweet friend Elena on the Today show. Let me see if I can find the link to put in this blog.
Burning Questions from the ladies to the guys.
YAY! I did it. So, yes watch this sweet delightful caring woman ask a very complicated question about why husbands have to text/call so many times to ask so many questions when the wife/mom is out of town. In her defense, it is true. If you are a man, or a child over the age of 15, or even a Grandma you should write a book on the stupid questions that you send to the parents while they are gone. On the other hand, I personally have set up this household so that nobody but me can figure out what is what or where or when so I have to be consulted occasionally. It makes me feel needed, even though frustrating.
Good luck Elena. We love you!!!!
