It's Always About the Water

Water is always somehow involved.  I have believed in the past that something supernatural is occurring with this house or land that is always causing water problems.  It has in the past on many occasions stressed me out, but today I am feeling better prepared to deal.

Today, we took the cover off the pool.  I thought that having the cover would mean a nice clean pool.  I was wrong.  I think it is the worst that I have ever seen it.  I have until May 25ish to get it perfect because we are having a party for Bibianna's graduation on May 30th.  Here are the pictures.  I compared to last year and I had the pool swimmable by mid-May.  I also spent $200 on chemicals today.  I really don't know why we don't dispense with the chemicals and put fish in there.

Then, I noticed some very beautiful roses in the corner of the yard.  For some reason I didn't take pics.  I will try to do so later...probably while the plumber is digging them up.  I made Joey go smell them with me because really you should always stop to smell the roses.  (The yellow ones smell the best, btw.)  He noticed a wet spot in the ground by the water main.  I am just laughing.  I guess I will be calling a plumber/sprinkler system company tomorrow. How will I pay?  IDK.

Oh, and I have a little garden where my big bush used to be.  It probably died from a hard winter, but lets say it died from lack of water in keeping with the theme of this post.
Red tomato that I thought was yellow pear - planted 4 days ago.

Celebrity.  In the ground about 2-3 weeks.  Two tomatoes in pic.

Cilantro tree.  Some sage from last year came back.

Very sad looking cucumber I rescued from Walmart on Sunday and planted on Monday.  It has been trampled by Mopsy and almost drowned, but look at that little leaf all perked up, and it has two new leaves about to open.
